The Global Ecosystem Monitoring network (GEM) is an international effort to measure and understand forest ecosystem functions and traits, and how these will respond to climate change.
Our team is now spread over three continents. We are using this site as a tool to coordinate our efforts and experiment with networking science, a more efficient way of working as an international team. This site also allows you get closer to our scientists: from the corridors of Oxford University to the remote terrains of the rainforest, get our latest scoops, communicate directly with the team, and delve into our photo diaries.
